finished up the grill with the cooler, winch and lights all in place. The winch rope runs down to the axle right now, but can come through the fairlead for forward winching
![]() got the dash finished up and painted. All the switches and gauges are in and it's half wired It also has a "ghosted" in shift pattern painted in it. Redid the floor above the trans. You can see the t-case shifters, trans shifter, and the rear steer valve in place. ![]() trans shifter with rearsteer valve. And another side view of the dash ![]() coolant line, fuel cell and the rear pass side boatside closed up ![]() Last edited by Bob B : 07-08-2010 at 10:57 PM. |

remote oil filter off the new steel oil pan, one of the rock lights, finished up the triangles from the fenders to the tub the masters for the brakes.
![]() decided to put a steel kevko pan on. Heard alot of people have been drying up crank bearings on steep climbs. I had already done the oil pan conversion, and swapped in the camaro pan, but decided to get a steel Kevko pan. I have not heard of anybody drying up a bearing with this pan. heres hoping.. ![]() engine bay, winch, trans and P/S coolers, got the intake made up, sort of wired, baja horns are in (not see able) and thats about it ![]() flatbelly and pillow block for the two piece driveline ![]() Last edited by Bob B : 07-08-2010 at 11:06 PM. |

front suck down point. This is underneath the front ram mount. The winch just hooks to front axle using a small cleavis.. Kinda a crappy pic, I will also be getting rid of that t-locker in the front axle and then installing ARB's front and rear along with RCV shaft front and rear too.
![]() rear suck down point. The rear suck down winch is mounted in the tub, then goes through the floor, around a pully on the axle then back up to a anchor spot on the frame ![]() the big light are for the baja sections and the blinkers have been modified with 55w driving lights to use as rocklights ![]() Got a little bit more fab left, the wiring is half done, still have to do all the plumbing, and then my boss says he wants to get it to paint. I like that part, but I am not holding my breath on that one Last edited by Bob B : 07-08-2010 at 10:49 PM. |
