Email sent.

Do we have specifics about the trail? Like any pictures of some Jeeps doing some of the obstacles, or any pictures from back on the trail?

David

dude you dont have any trail....this is the first one right here.
I hope everyone is very clear about this if not here goes again

There are currently NO trails (grant and aid trails)
We have some public provided areas to go but wouldn't you like to see a state full of different trails built and maintained by fellow off road enthusiasts?
I for one would like to see this.
I know everyone thinks the sky is falling but come on...soon there will be that double rainbow in the sky and all you guys will want to go wheeling again!
So lets make sure there are places to go for when that happens.
Here is what I would like EVERYONE to do and I will do the same.
Ok...so all your friends that might not wheel but are open to the idea, have them send letters also. Scott's email is easy enough to remember to pass along for those few occasions that you are away from your computers.
We need more than 10-20 letters, we are talking hundreds!
lets have a consorted movement and make off roading part of the Minnesota culture.

PLEASE!

So far Scott has received 27 emails and one phone call. Most all of them are positive with a few letters concerned about how it will effect their hunting but since hunting is illegal in city limits those are not a problem.
So lets dig deep and find some more emails!

The phone call came from a guy that works up at Northshore Mining on the crew opposite mine. He saw my Jeep in the parking lot when they came to relieve us, asked if it was mine. I said yes, and he asked if I had heard about this new trail they want to build up on the range. I said yes, and he said he couldn't get an email sent off so he called the guy. Later I asked if he had rig, he said no I don't have any type of rig, haven't for a few years now. No wheeling rig and yet he took the time to call in and voice his support for the trail. I thought that was pretty cool.

So there are 4438 members on this site figure half of them are spam-bots. That leaves 2219. So that 27 emails represents a grand total of 1.2%o of the members on this board and not all of them came from members so figure that is less then 1% of the members of this off-roading message board took 2 minutes out of their busy day to write a letter of support for this trail. If this trail doesn't get built I don't want to ever hear another person on this board #!#!#!#!#! about not having any place to wheel. If they do I will drive to their house and smack them upside the head with the rolled up trail proposal just like you smack a dog that peed on the floor.

Email sent. Although my vehicle is no where near capable of navigating such a trail, some day it would be nice to be able to build a capable vehicle with my kids and have a place to have some bonding time. Bill, thank you for all your efforts in starting this trail up.
